Microblading is a popular technique that is preformed by tattooing semi-permanent makeup onto the eyebrows. Pigment is tattooed to look like individual hair strokes that go in the same direction as the existing eyebrows. This manual method replicates the look of natural hair growth on the eyebrow. The results can last anywhere from 12 months up to 24 months, depending on ones skin type and lifestyle. A touch up is recommended every 18 months.

Microblading normally takes 1-2 hours, depends on the services you choose. Rest assure that our professional artist will make you feel gorgeous. 

Most people who have a Microblading or Semi Permanent Makeup procedure report that they only feel some minor pressure or slight discomfort. These procedures are typically less painful than getting a regular tattoo, however each individual has their own personal pain tolerance. Before the Procedure, a topical anesthetic is applied to the area to minimize discomfort, this is followed by a liquid anesthetic that is used during the procedure. Some clients have described experiencing a slight discomfort, but the procedure is relatively pain free for most. 

Typically, the healing process may take about 7 days. We recommend that you do not let any water, lotion, soap, or makeup touch your eyebrow area for the first 7 days after your procedure. Wash your face gently around the eyebrow without getting water on the procedure area. Do not participate in heavy exercises and avoid direct sunlight. While showering, keep your face away from the shower head.

We will provide you with Bacitracin and we recommend that you apply a thin layer 2-3 times a day to the procedure area. Itching and flaking may appear during the first seven days post procedure. Avoid picking or scratching as it can pull off scabs prematurely and cause patchy results or scarring. By following these after-care instructions, you will acheive the perfect eyebrows that you have always dreamed of.

• Over plucked eyebrows that no longer grow
• Clients that want to wear less makeup
• Sparse/light-haired brows
• Clients that are often outdoors – and want waterproof/sweatproof eyebrows

• Chemotherapy patients
• A disability and are unable to apply makeup 

As a precaution and to avoid any complications, we do not recommend cosmetic procedures on pregnant and breastfeeding clients.
